Shopping for Apparel and Accessories

One of my favorite thing to do specially when I go out and when I am done on my appointments is I always go to my favorite Ukay-Ukay (used clothing store) to check out some nice clothes that I like. Did you know that most of my clothes came from Ukay-Ukay? Well, I am not ashamed of that because I love buying my clothes there. Thus, I end up having some kind of an Ukay-Ukay store at home. Why? because I have lots of clothing stuffs here from my leggings, pants, blouses, even for my Sunday dress and also some dress for my daughter, t-shirts and shorts for my hubby, they’re all came from Ukay-ukay. The price usually ranges from P25 to P50. Want to see some of my great Ukay-Ukay finds?

I still have a lot of stuffs here but I did not have some time to take a pose of myself wearing all those Ukay-ukay’s  that I have. Maybe next time Ill model it and show it off to you guys… lol!

When it comes to accessories, I actually don’t like wearing gold and silver. I always prefer wearing those bling blings, bruloloys or fancy jewelries. Every time I go out, I love wear dangling or those hanging or loop earrings and I usually match the color of my earrings to the clothes I’m wearing and so with my bag and sandals. ^_^

Being Fashionable as a Mom

Who says being a mom, its impossible for us to become fashionable? Of course we can! Although I am not always trendy in following all the newest styles in the market today, but I’m trying to create a fashion style of my own. I just wanted to make simple and casual yet still can be called “IN” for fashion. I love mixing and matching the color of my clothes together my handbags, sandals and jewelries. Every time I go out, I always prefer wearing long trendy blouses and I usually pair it with leggings. I don’t like wearing high heels because I find it hard to walk specially when I bring my daughter with me. I just wear flat sandals or even flip flops. I also love wearing loop or dangling earrings and huge sunglasses. This is my favorite fashionable look for an ordinary day.


To my fellow mommies, aside from our responsibility in taking care of our family, we should be taking care of our self and try to be fashionable. We know it is difficult, but it is important. Aside from the clothing and accessories, How are you taking care of yourself? Are you nails pretty? Are your feet soft? What about your skin? When you are with your husband, are you always dressed in a track suit a.k.a. “losyang” outfit? You do not have to look ready for the red carpet, but you should feel pretty most of the time and have a wardrobe that is fashionable and modern.

You might be thinking “I do not have time”, but let me tell you, this might be more important than any other chores. If you are not happy with yourself, you may not have the energy to make others happy, including your husband so try to be fashionable, just make it simple yet comfortable and be happy on it.

Unbelievably Low Price Gadgets

I added this seller Tne Shop or The Next Issue Online Shop a few weeks ago from Facebook that sells amazingly cheap gadgets such as Netbook and Ipad. I wonder if these products that she sells are smuggled ones or if these are all China products. I am quite interested to buy this netbook that only costs P5,500 or $127.00. Although these cheap netbook  has a lower specs because it only has 1 GB or 2GB of RAM, a 160GB or larger hard drive, 1.3MP webcam, Windows XP (or Windows 7), Wi-Fi b/g, with 4 in 1 card reader, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. However, I think its okay for me since I don’t play games and install so many programs. I just mainly use it for blogging, surfing the net, chatting and do some word processing and other basic computing.
Aside from netbooks, she is also selling Ipad for only $137.00. I checked out her feedbacks from buyers who already bought an items from her and they all had a positive feedbacks and comments. She also showed all the receipts as proof of shipping from her items. I think she’s a good and reputable seller. Maybe I will buy a netbook from her soon.

Hot Pink Heels

I’m glad that I finally bought a dress I’m gonna be wearing for my cousin’s wedding this coming Saturday. I bought a colorful stripes halter dress. It looks simple but sexy and the best thing is that my bulging tummy is not visible.Teehee! But there’s one more problem because I need to find a hot pink heels or sandals. I hope I can find it tomorrow here in our local shopping mall. 
Hot pink heels  or sandals with a pretty hot pink clutch bag is a best match for my dress since it has a hot pink color on its vertical designed stripes. Gosh! that’s what mixing and matching clothes is specially when I buy something new, I always want it to match the color with my other accessories and that includes the bling blings. ^_^

Wedding Guest Dress

Hubby and I are going to attend on my cousin’s wedding this coming Saturday. We are one of their secondary sponsors and guess what? I am still having a dilemma on finding what to wear on their wedding. Their color motiff is gold and I’m having a hard time looking for a golden dress. I guess I will not follow their color motiff and I will just look for a Wedding Guest Dress that’s comfortable to wear which has an elegant looking design and style too.

Ive been looking for this kind of sexy chiffon dress with printed design. I would love to have this one because it looks so fashionably elegant and beautiful. If I can’t find this kind of style, I will just choose to buy a cocktail dress as long as it has a nice printed design with nice color where it can be toned to my skin and most importantly, it would hide my bulging tummy. lol!

Looking for a Scrap Buyer for our Computer Scraps

Our storage area here in our house is fully loaded with lots of computer scraps since we started upgrading our pc units from our i-cafe. We have lots of computer monitors, cpu’s, hard disks and other pc accessories and I really want to dispose all of these things because it’s not functional anymore and its already obsolete. 
I had been looking for a scrap dealer here in our place but I haven’t seen yet. Although junk shops buys these scraps but they just have to weigh it and the price will depend on the weight. I asked for the price and its too cheap. Well, I  I  better look and ask for my friends here to help me find a scrap buyer. I really want to get rid on all of these computer junks here.

Continuous Ink Supply System

Our Epson c45 printer has been with us for more than 4 years now. We have been using this printer both for personal and for our i-cafe business. Most of our customers want to print black texts per page and sometimes with photos but we easily ran out of ink. Although I can buy a replacement ink for a cheap price but we are planning to buy a Continuous Ink Supply System because I believe it is more efficient to use and more economical. I asked how much is the price of CISS for my printer and it costs P2,300. Not bad at all because I can save more ink and savings in printing large volume of pages.

I am eager to try this new continuous ink system because aside from its cheap price, it is also more eco-friendly as you don’t have to replace the cartridges on your printer since you just have to supply the ink.
