Even if you do not follow the Christian celebration or the thrill of the Easter egg hunt, you may orders some lilies for Easter or gather your family and loved ones together for a special meal or outing.

Perhaps most importantly, you think about the Christian celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ which takes place between Good Friday and Easter Monday. You may enjoy this holiday season with your family in celebrating God’s perfect love.

Can I Hear a Wedding Bell Soon?

Looking at these sweet and romantic photo of my mom and her boyfriend makes me feel happy because I can see through their eyes how they are deeply in love with each other. I haven’t meet Markus yet in person but I know he is such a good and kind man. I know he is the right man for my mom.

This coming summer my family and I are going to visit them in Switzerland as we spend our holiday there. I’m sure were gonna enjoy our holiday with them. Aside from that, we also hope that we gonna hear a wedding bell soon just in time for our holiday since we are all there together with my siblings. Perhaps I could give Markus a wedding bands for men and a bridal shower gift for my mom. Well, we don’t know their decision yet but if ever it will happen, were all gonna be happy to witness their promise of everlasting love for each other . ^_^

Managing Your Debt

Becoming debt free is my ultimate financial goal. Thanked God I don’t have a credit card because If I have one, I might get crazy on how I could pay my bills and debts. Good thing my debts this time are borrowed money from my loved ones. It doesn’t have an interest but I always make sure that I could pay them back.

If you are having a difficult time in managing your debt, you can try to do the work yourself or you can ask for a debt advice for assistance. The decision will rest solely on you and your limitations. Just remember that anywhere you go, managing your debt must be your top priority so that you will not suffer the consequences if you are overloaded with debts.

Play Dough for Kids

My daughter loves to play dough. She really enjoyed forming animal shapes, food and anything else that comes to her mind. Play dough activities are indeed a great way to develop our kids creativity and skills at the same time. It provides them an hours of fun while improving their hand strength and motor skills.

A recent research also shows that using your fingers and hands actually stimulates your brain so when your child digs into play dough, he’s not only building little figures and shapes,  he’s also building his brain.  So whatever you do, have fun and don’t forget to allow your child some time to use his imagination and play with play dough freely!

Balikbayan Boxes

Balikbayan boxes! who wouldn’t love receiving them. I just love receiving packages specially when I see my fave chocolates, clothes, shoes, bags and hot new stuffs.  I just love surprises and receiving a balikbayan box from my mom. ‘Balikbayan’ is a Filipino term which means return to homeland. It is usually referred to people who work and live overseas returning home in their country.

Balikbayan box is actually a box or a package containing goods from where the overseas worker came from. It traces its roots to the Filipino culture of sending items, such as food, clothing, perfume, soaps, and other sundry items to their families here in the Philippines.

Nowadays, balikbayan boxes are often shipped by international freight forwarders by air cargo or sea cargo. My mom usually send these packages through sea cargo and it takes three months before it arrive and delivered right at our doorstep.

Lost Toys, New Toys

My daughter has lots of toys because every time I go out to buy groceries, I always buy her some toys specially those kitchen toys since she loves cooking using those toys. Aside from that, she also have some imported toys which was given as a gift from her grandmom.

I myself love those toys cause its too cute and so lovely to look at. I even enjoyed playing with her yoyofactory Yo-yos, huggable stuff toys, kiddie make up set and many others. It is just too sad to know that all of these toys got flooded. None was left from her room which is full of toys. My daughter even cried when she found out that she has no toys anymore. Now I have to buy some new toys so she will not worry much about her lost toys.

Unique Prenup Photo

I was looking at my friend’s old photo in Facebook and really find this photo together with her hubby so lovely and so cute! This was their pre nuptial photo a year ago. Their love story is very interesting because my friend is a nurse while her fiancee who is now her husband is a doctor.

They worked in the same hospital and they eventually fell in love with each other in that place. I just love their prenup photo while they are both wearing nursing scrubs at the operation room in the hospital where they worked with. Isn’t that a unique pre wedding photo for such a unique couple?
