I just read Mommy Techa’s Totally Weaned from Bottle-feeding post and I am glad that her son was finally weaned from bottle feeding. In my case, I am still struggling on how I can get rid of letting my daughter stop drinking from feeding bottles. Sydelle just turned 3 years old last month and I had been advised several times that I should start to train her to drink using cups and glasses.
I am now starting to let her drink from her cups and I just hope that she will be able to do it.With regards to her potty training, she is now starting to make wee-wee on her potty. She will remove her diaper when she wants to wee-wee but the problem is she don’t like to make poo-poo on her potty. She’s just too “maarte” and she will tell me that her poo-poo is yucky and ew! that’s why she still prefers to make poo-poo on her diaper. Waaaaaaah!
Well, I just hope that sooner or later she will be able to discharge her feeding bottles and her potty. I know it still takes time, patience and determination. Any advice you could give me dear Mommies? I would really appreciate it. Thanks so much!

ako naman nung tinrain ko si Faith ay sobra strict naaawa na nga ako minsan kasi she would really do her best to get out from the toilet bowl. Ay she did not succeed kasi ako pa rin nasunod, minsan gna one time sabi niya oras na ma oras na kasi I would set 20 mins para maka pupu talaga siya, naun ok na kami she will be the one na to tell me to popo or wewee, during night time medyo naka diaper pa kami kasi ayoko muna siyang disturbuhin sa tulog niya pero in due time, i train ko na din hehehe
my yena nmn doesnt like to pupu on her diapers. so 2 yrs old pa lng sya she would tell us that she will use the comfort room : )
her diapers are for night time n lng
good thing..
maybe in her own time girl she will be fully potty trained :0 lets wait for that hihih
Give your daughter time; she will be potty-trained and bottle-weaned in due time. My son now only wears diaper at night, but it also took us a long time to convince him to poop in the toilet bowl. He learned to pee first, but like your daughter, he doesn't want to smell, see, and hear his poop going down the bowl, so for a time, he would still continue to poop in his diapers, but not anymore. Thanks for mentioning my post, Kayce!
